What is “Prism” about?
"Prism" uses refraction as a metaphor for identity, with the narrator asking to be turned so the white light inside her splits into a thousand shades. She claims to be every color and "not only one," and the song treats that multiplicity as healing rather than fracture, with rainbow cracks finally mending.
