What is “Glass Parade” about?
"Glass Parade" celebrates a shared history with someone, a city folded into two pairs of hands and a promise of forever made half as a dare. The floor, the sky and the beat all remember the couple, and the chorus walks across the fragile thing they built while insisting everything is shining now. The penultimate track on Solstice Light, it brings back the dancefloor mood of the album's opening, inviting the listener to "step inside the sound" before the title track closes the record.
