What is “Glow” about?
"Glow" describes an instant connection with someone across a room, a shared frequency caught through neon shadows that slowly pulls two people into a world of their own. As the city fades, the song pictures them burning slowly "like embers on the radio" until nothing is left but the pair of them and the sound. The fifteenth and penultimate track on Velvet, it borrows words that title other songs on the album, among them honey, gold and orbit.
